Minecraft doesn't allow other apps to use sound

The problem is pretty much straight. When I start minecraft and while it’s running, no other video or any audio file can be played. No other app (browsers or discord etc.) won’t play any sounds. If I press F3+T minecraft loses sound and everything else can use sound now. My OS is kali linux.
I found a probable solution for this here but this is for arch. So, it didn’t help much. Thank you.
