Problem updating with old Apple ID

I just fixed an old iPhone 5c of mine to get some old pictures and games, but as I was trying to update a game I had, which is Pokemon Shuffle. It asked for an Apple ID that I no longer have access to, even though my current Apple ID is on this phone.

So what I’m wondering is if I delete the game and reinstall it with my current Apple ID, will my data be lost? Or is there is a way to remove the Apple ID from the game and update it?

The iOS version is 9.3.3 and the version of Pokemon Shuffle is 1.11.0.
