Best Open Source Package to manage Ubuntu 18.04+ and Apache

Working as a windows admin, i was now exploring Ubuntu 18.04. Since the server is all command line, i wanted to ask if someone had a experience in working with a open source GUI package that does all the sysadmin task from one single pane. Manage websites, shares, permissions, databases etc from a single pane.
Also, it will be grateful if someone can also tell me any simple GUI software to manage Apache.
