Display minimized, wrong max resolution

Ask Ubuntu Asked on February 4, 2021

I’m trying to install Xubuntu on my GOT3177T-834, but I have some display/driver issues.
problem video

I see that my max resolution is 1280×1024 and I want to it, but resolution list has max resolution 1024×768. So, I tried to:

cvt 1280 x 1024 60
sudo xrandr --newmode "1280x1024_60.00" 109.00 1280 1368 1496 1712 1024 1027 1034 1063 -hsync +vsync
sudo xrandr --addmode eDP-1 1280x1024_60.00

When I apply this setting, the display has a worst view:

My video card is an intel, so I also installed mesa-utils, but same problem.
