How to customize the desktop like this?

I downloaded this theme from here: https://github.com/Roboron3042/Cyberpunk-Neon. I wanted to know how to put/install the calendar and weather widgets on the top right corner.

I am new to Linux and I am not sure I downloaded the theme correctly since I keep getting errors about the theme not loading correctly, even if it seems like it is when I open GNOME Tweaks tool.
