Mouse work ONLY after suspend

I have a problem with my mouse in Ubuntu 18.04.

When I start my PC, the mouse (touchpad) doesn’t answer, the clicks don’t work, and the cursor is not moving, but if I suspend my PC, I have a strange icon (I put it in the image) and after that, the mouse works.

If I shutdown my PC or restart it, it doesn’t works until I suspend the PC, I tried to re-install Ubuntu but i have always the same issue.
