Out of Range second monitor in desktop mode

Hi my laptop is dual boot with windows 10 and Xubuntu
my second monitor work well on windows
and work well too when I go to the console mode by ctrl + alt + f1 it work well too and when I turning off my computer show Xubuntu logo well

but when I using desktop mode(normal, login page) my second monitor show me

Out of Range 95.3kHz / 60Hz

note: this problem occurred today and yesterday I hadn’t this problem
