plot transcript expression vs length

Bioinformatics Asked by user3377241 on December 10, 2020

I am working on long read RNA sequencing. I am interested in looking whether there is any bias on shorter gene against longer genes in my data as well as whether any bias towards 5′ or 3′ ends. Oneway I am thinking of doing so by ploting transcript expression vs length for all the genes without scaling the gene/transcript length. Also, if possble I want have the genebody coverage plot on the top of it. But, I dont aware of any tool which can do it. Does anybody has any suggestion? I am not good at R as I am a molecular biologist. So, I have not tried R specific code for the same.
