Pure white pixels appear in texture paint

I found a similar issue on the website, but none of the solutions worked :

Iwant to texure paint my character, and suddenly these pure white pixels appear :

Trying to paint on them just increases the white area in toher parts of the model. Is this related to seams? I tried to increase the bleed and smooth it out but nothing works.
