Weird lines showing up in rendered

When I add an image to my object in blender 2.9 it looks fine in material view port, but it’s all weird and filled with lines in rendered.
I’m new to blender, and it’s like the 5th time I open it.
I can’t stress enough how little I know about this program.
Please help…
