Form field as 'Upload Location Subfolder'

Question concerning the Freeform plugin:

Is it possible to set the contents of a text field as my ‘Upload Location Subfolder’ of a file upload field?

I tried stuff like {{ form.customerName }} and {{ craft.request.getPost('customerName') }}, but neither will let me submit the form.

Is there even a way to achieve this using Freeform?
