How to filter the entries in redactor link "Link to an entry" based on the category tagged in the content

I have entries that should not be shown to other users that not is not tagged to it’s category.

Any idea on how to deal with this issue?

I’ve checked this issue How to remove Link To Category from Redactor but I think there’s more to it, played upon the fix but no luck.

Please help.
