Churn prediction for customers with limited data

I am working on a churn prediction model. I eliminated customers with less than 5 orders. The model works fine for the customer having 5 or more orders but how can I predict the customer with fewer orders since they are not representative enough? I will try to cluster the customers, any other suggestions will be appreciated.
