How to implement various SVR types in python?

I am new to the Machine learning world and have created some models on wind speed prediction using SVR and RF.

Now, I wish to implement and compare these results with LSSVR (Least square support vector regression) and TSVR(Twin support vector regression).

However, the problem is that I am unaware of existing libraries for the same. If anyone can help me out a way or suggest that where I can access the required regression models would be great!

PS: I am using jupyter notebook (python 3)
