Buffer zone intersection proportion using ArcMap

I have created a buffer zone around a shapefile in ArcGIS 10.5 and erased the middle zone (so it is a donut). I have then found the intersection of the buffer zones with another shapefile.

How do I combine the two shapefiles so that I can calculate the proportion of intersection in the buffer zone?
