Building terrian data in ArcGIS Server for Cesium

I want to use ArcGIS terrain Data in Cesium. I don’t know how to build terrain data in ArcGIS Server 10.3.1 according to specifications of Cesium.

Is there a tutorial or sample data which can be used in Cesium?

I know there is ArcGISTiledElevationTerrainProvider class in Cesium which can load ArcGIS terrain data but I don’t know how we can build data for this provider in ArcGIS.
