Is there any way to make QGIS layout to activate/deactivate certain layers?

I have a raster collection over certain area. Every raster is on top of another one. So if I have all of them visible, I can only see the one on top.

What I need is some kind of plugin (or feature I am not aware of) so for each layout in a workspace. I can select what layer are visible or not, and then somehow use a plugin like automapper to extract everything as PNG without having to go manually all by myself.

I don’t mind coding a solution if it is not a thing out of there. In that case, I would like also some suggestion on where would be a good place to start.
