Using.AVL files in ArcGIS Pro

I have a set of files made for use with ArcGIS Desktop that I would like to use with ArcGIS Pro. One of these is an .AVL symbology file, which on first light is not recognized by ArcGIS Pro.

Is there a way to use these files in ArcGIS Pro for setting symbology?
