Removing Old Stuck Moen Kitchen Faucet

I’m stumped. This Moen faucet has a ring that seems to be held by two screws. Both screws are rusted in and I stripped the screw head trying to get it out with my drill. I tried cutting into the ring but I can’t get through the whole thing under the sink.
Any ideas how to get this off?
