Magento2: Disable private(browser) caching Magento_Review

Version: Magento 2.3.2

Problem: When a customer review is placed on the product page (and approved) you see the number of reviews going up by 1. But the review itself is not visble until the user clears the browser cache. I see the Magento_Review uses the customerdata implementation, but this part is new to me.

My question: Is there a clean way of disabling this local caching so reviews get visible immediately (after approving the review ofcourse) without the need of the user to clear its cache?
