2008 Kia Sportage clicking coming from fuse box in engine and the car won’t start

I stopped and got gas got in the car and now it won’t start. Opened the hood and there is clicking from the fuse box.

The clicking is from a relay switching open and closed.

A lot of things can cause this, please pin point which relay it is and then you can update your questions for more help. Also please describe if your car is cranking or completely dead and if your Kia is a US or elsewhere model.
