Pressure for tires not on manufacturer's sticker

I have a BMW 1 series with 225/45 94H winter tires. However nothing close to these parameters is on the sticker. The only 2 options with 225 are for lower load and higher speed. I usually have 0-2 passengers, so what would be the best approach for choosing the pressure?
Does higher load index usually mean more or less pressure needed? And the same question about the speed rating.
