Song about Berlin underground

Music Fans Asked by Benja S on August 31, 2021

I would like to find a song I heard a while ago. It was in German and was about the name of the Berlin underground (S-Bahn or U-Bahn), because it was both above and below the ground and therefore didn’t fit the name.
I believe some lyric fragments where: ”Jede vier Minuten” and ”kurz vor Pankow in den abgrund geht”.
I think the genre was something similar to Neue Deutsche Welle. But my memory of the song is very small, so I have a hard time trying to picture the melody….
Also, I think someone mentioned the artist being a comedian/satirical writer as well.

I'm not so sure but maybe it's this one ("Alle Vier Minuten" by "Element of Crime"):

If not it may be on this list: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_songs_about_Berlin
