Is an optical stack-up possible that can allow visible light to pass through but NIR light to get doubled/up-converted and reflected?

Is there any material or a stack-up of different materials that can be designed to allow visible light to pass through but NIR light to get up-converted/frequency-doubled and reflected directionally? I have tried to sketch this in this diagram:
