Is it possible for the Kagome lattice to have edges of different lengths?

Is it possible for the edges of the Kagome lattice to be of different lengths? In other words, in the attached picture, is it possible to have $xneq y$? If so, how will be the shape of that network? I could not find any pictures like that on the internet.
