Global action not visible in Salesforce mobile app

I am learning Salesforce mobile customization.
I followed this trailhead link.
Added the global action New Prospect in Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions in the Global layout:
I have refreshed the settings in the app by pulling down from Menu tab.
I am still not able to see the New Prospect action in the app.
What am I missing here?
