Visual Flow - Avoid underscore wildcard while using Contains in a Record Choice Set

I can’t seem to figure out a way to avoid having an underscore act as a wildcard in my WHERE CONTAINS filter for a Record Choice Set.

Ex: I’m trying to get all accounts where a text field CONTAINS "_ 9_"

. Instead, it returns any account where the text field simply has "9" anywhere within it.
