getting info about How much you scrolled on a app?

So what I’m trying to do is imagine there is an app with a screen that can scroll a lot. Let’s say there is like 10,000 pixels you can scroll. Can I get the information of how much I scrolled when scrolling through the screen and Display it on another screen?

Is there a way to count how much you scrolled?(in pixels)
