Remove web-inspector-hide-shortcut

I`m trying to build a site but an white space appears after each component of a page.
I removed all the white-spaces but the white space still exists.

I know we can remove web-inspector-hide-shortcut simply by just hiding it(pressing h key).
But how can you make it stay hidden even after refreshing the page?
