Tutorial Django-Polaris

Not being a python specialist, is there a complete tutorial (an example step by step), for the installation of Polaris via Docker + the configuration of the Stellar.toml file and also the admin of server (localhost:8000/admin)?

It’s diffcult to understand between stellar.toml (currencies/asset) and the definition of assets in admin.
