what are these folders for (image below)?

What are these folders for? they have to do with "remote" processes, but I’m a little worried im being remote accessed despite me having remote management turned off. each folder has a subfolder "data" which is basically access to all of my files found in my Profile directory.
Can someone tell me what these may be used for?
