Convert Nota Bene 4 to LaTeX

My wife has an old manuscript in Nota Bene 4 (for DOS, which tells you how old it is). I’m able to look at the files with BBEDIT, so I know they are basically in ASCII with alphanumeric markup. Does anyone know of a utility for converting Nota Bene 4 files to LaTeX?

Unfortunately, I don’t have access to any computer that runs either Nota Bene 4 for DOS or the more recent Windows versions.
