fast way of drawing large networks?

I used to draw graphs in other software packages and just incorporate them into my .tex file as a Figure. However, I am looking for a way of drawing them in LaTeX to generate neater documents. I am dealing with graphs/networks. For instance, is there a way of drawing the following graphs directly LaTeX instead of importing them as an image/Figure.
