How to insert pages in the pre-textual elements in the correct order?

I have a problem in my work with the pre-textual elements. I have to insert three pages between them and they must appear in the bookmarks. I did this in the preamble, but they went on the wrong pages. They should enter page 2, 4 and 5 respectively, but were inserted on pages 4, 6 and 7 respectively (Figure 1).
