How to upgrade rhel 7.2 to rhel 7.6 Server

we are trying to update the rhel server from 7.2 to rhel 7.6

we mount the rhel iso 7.6 to folder and create repo

and by doing yum update -y

we want to do the upgrade

but we are facing many issues as dependencies

as
