Getting feedback on the the service design element of a UX solution

I’m designing a feedback flow for a touch-less solution of a restaurant system. In this flow users are able to select any aspect they want to give feedback on. how would you address the service design element (service design factors outside the website) from this selection(option 4). right now i’ve called it "overall service" however i think it could be phrased more accurately.
