Issue in importing citations to EndNote via Google Scholar

I am trying to import citations from Google Scholar to End note using this.

All worked well except the last step of importing, where Google Scholar is giving an Error 403.

Your client does not have permission to get URL…

Do anyone know how to solve this error?
