Image color changes in wordpress

I have just started using WordPress and I have followed this tutorial. I added some images and the color red became pink once loaded into the website. You can see the following images, the first being the correct color and the second being whats being presented in the website.

To my understanding, this comes from WordPress compressing the image a second time. The image is in JPG format. I’ve tried saving an eJPG using adobe illustrator as well as using plugin to disable compression (Little Bizzy).

I have no experience with coding and would like to find some directions on how to fix this graphically, if possible.
